ate hokkienmee and sugarcane for today's dinner! yummy. again is this guy called wl who drive us out to eat. 6ppl in the very small car. then went ntuc bought some groceries and this guy bought 2 tubs of ben&jerry to treat us. When we came back hall, realised that the group of cheerleaders helped my roomie to celebrate her bday with a bday cake. The cake is damn chocolately with some alcohol inside. The whole thing is so sweet that i juz skipped the icecream. what a waste. Anyway there's a tradition in my hall that those having their bday would be thrown into the nanyang lake. its disgusting coz the lake is muddy and there are turtles inside. But usually girls wont be thrown in. There are scary stories about it.
it seems like im getting to know more ppl but im moving out after next month. my roomie couldnt find a roomie and ppl are asking me why i dont continue to stay with her. i would be applying with el and i wonder if i dun get the hall, will i be able to adapt to last sem's life again? the life of travelling 4hrs daily just to go school.
oh yar.. i did quite well for my calculus paper this term. very happy coz calculus only has one mid term and i didnt fail like last sem. but i can say that i was super stressed for the paper. coz i was studying for it in hall and my roomie was forever studying faster than me. The whole thing is i know that im slow but i dont have to be reminded constantly. but luckily i didnt screwed up the whole thing but i have to keep telling myself to study at my own pace and dun rush. i tink it's stupid but i gt no choice. i juz wonder how to survive for the rest of the main exams.
